Cassandra is the founder and chief transformation coach of Pivot On Purpose. P.O.P. is a coaching business that empowers women who are ready to dive deep and to chart new waters. P.O.P empowers women to create life change – because after all, it’s your time to take your turning point.
Cassandra holds certifications as an Abundance Intelligence leader, through AQ, and she is a Certified Competent Coach through the School of Coach Mastery.
Cassandra is a connector and a collaborator. She gives of her talents to organizations that impact the lives of women and children. With more than 10 years of experience working with women and organizations, she has successfully led powerful organizations of empowered women to reach their fullest efficiency – finding new heights of growth and awareness.
She is the immediate past chair of national communications for The Links, Incorporated; a trustee of The Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis; a trustee of Baptist Women’s Hospital; a member of The Links, Incorporated, Shelby County (TN) Chapter; and of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Shelby County Alumnae Chapter.
Her transformational work has been featured in the Commercial Appeal, Tri- State Defender, and Memphis Magazine and she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work to align strategy with action for effective process improvement and change. She is a highly regarded speaker on issues affecting women, teens and young adults. Cassandra resides in Memphis, TN.
